En Allegro Dance Theater and Conservatory

Acro IA takes foundational body shapes and elevates them into dynamic movement! Designed for dancers who have mastered basic rolls and weight-bearing, this class focuses on building the upper body and core power needed to invert safely. Dancers will work on straight-leg cartwheels, chest-to-wall handstands, tripod headstands, and the mechanics needed to achieve an unassisted bridge kickover."
