Movement for Moms (*and grown ups!)

Movement for Moms (*and grown ups!) is a dance class at En Croix Ballet.

A new class to our schedule! Open to an adult with a small child up to 3yr (maybe carrying or walking with or however that little one needs). Also, for baby wearing mama, or someone wanting an opportunity to move their body! This class is focused on the grown up!
