2026 - 2027 Saturday Preps Tumbling (ages 6 yrs 6 mos & up) is a Acro Dance class at Flower City Dance.

This thirty-minute class is great for dancers, cheerleaders, and anyone else who wants to come learn and have fun! Each class will include stretching & strengthening exercises, along with working on basic acrobatic positions & tumbling skills. Some skills taught include six different roll variations, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, backbends, and more! Tumbling helps improve balance, large motor skills, and posture! Students can wear any dance attire or comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
