Intermediate 2 Description: Acro class that is for students wanting to learn more acro skills. This is a class for intermediate two level students to continue advancing their Acro technique. Skills include front and back walkovers, contortion rolls, head-kips, starting drills and progressions for aerials, and strength and flexibility.
