Modern/Contemporary 1 is a Contemporary class at Embody Dance & Creative Arts Studio in Columbus.

Modern/Contemporary I introduces dancers to expressive movement while combining foundational modern dance techniques with contemporary styles. Students explore balance, floor work, improvisation, storytelling, and emotional connection through movement, developing creativity alongside proper technical foundations.
