Broadway Jazz / Hip Hop HS is a Hip-Hop class at Minocqua Dance.

This fun and energetic class combines the performance quality of Broadway jazz with the dynamic style of hip hop. Dancers will build flexibility, coordination, strength, and confidence while learning jazz technique, expressive movement, and rhythmic hip hop combinations. Music and choreography are always age appropriate. Students are encouraged to develop their stage presence and performance skills in a supportive environment. Students will perform one dance style in our Nutcracker production and the other in our Spring Performance. Dress Code: Skin colored tights (no nylons), tight tank/t-shirt/leotard and booty shorts, tan jazz and white tennis shoes. High School dancers will need black character heels. Male Dancers: White or black T-shirt, Black jazz or athletic pants. Black jazz shoes & white tennis shoes.
