Teen Jazz is a Jazz class at Footlight Dance Centre.

At Footlight Dance Centre · Ages 12+

Teen Jazz is designed for dancers with prior jazz experience who are ready to level up their technique, performance skills, and versatility. This dynamic class builds on foundational jazz vocabulary with more complex turns, jumps, and stylized movement. Dancers work on strength, flexibility, and precision while exploring a variety of jazz styles all set to upbeat, engaging music. Emphasis is placed on musicality, expression, and performance quality, preparing students for more advanced choreography and stage work. Enrollment: Prior jazz experience is strongly recommended.
