Ballet 6/7 is a Ballet class at Alpine Dance Academy.

At Alpine Dance Academy

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. With a focus on classical technique, each class will consist of barre work, center floor, and across the floor combinations. Ballet teaches strength, balance, discipline, flexibility, stamina, coordination, rhythm, grace, and elegance. A leotard, tights, pink or tan ballet shoes, and hair in a bun are required for this class. Dancers who are eligible to work on pointe (dancers have been notified), are encouraged to dance on pointe for their level of ballet. Level 6-7 is open to dancers entering 6th and 7th grades.
