This class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of ballet in a structured, technique-focused environment. Rooted in traditional ballet training, dancers will learn basic ballet vocabulary while working at the barre and in the center. Through exercises and simple combinations, dancers will develop proper positioning, control, and strength as they build a strong technical foundation.
