11-13 LYRICAL (Thurs)

11-13 LYRICAL (Thurs) is a Ballet class at Motivate Dance.

At Motivate Dance · Ages 11-13

This 30 minute class introduces lyrical technique to 11-13 year olds. Lyrical combines ballet technique with popular music. Lyrical is often described as a style that is performed to the lyrics of the music and has a soft, flowy quality. This class is a great way to learn how to express emotions through dance. No previous dance experience is needed, however it is recommended to also take ballet and jazz so students can further their understanding of the techniques used in this style. Performs 1 dance at Motivate's MANDATORY recital, June 3-6, 2027
