Pre-Pointe (Ballet 3A/RAD Gr.5) is a Ballet class at Launch Dance Center.

Pre-Pointe is invite only class for Ballet 3A dancers (must take RAD Gr.5 class). Designed for ballet dancers beginning their journey toward pointe work. Following the Perfect Pointe syllabus, dancers will focus on developing the foot and ankle strength, alignment, flexibility, balance, control, and ballet technique needed to safely progress to demi-pointe shoes. Through targeted conditioning and ballet exercises, dancers will build a strong foundation and work toward the strength and readiness required to take the next step in their pointe training.
