Acro 2

Acro 2 is a Acro Dance class at Launch Dance Center.

Acro is a combination of dance and gymnastics. Students will learn to blend the two forms of movement with the focus on strength, flexibility, balance and contortion. They will learn tumbling skills alongside partner work as well as conditioning. Approximate age group 10-15.
