These classes are designed for ballet dancers who wish they still had a studio to call home. We work lovingly with our bodies to maintain and encourage a healthy relationship with ballet. With the choice between high-impact and low-impact movement, this class is a wonderful opportunity for any adult in the area to reclaim their love of ballet or to try it for the first time. Adults dancers are highly encouraged to join us on Saturday's from 10:35-11:35 (class included in tuition).
