Adult Ballet (Tuesday 6:00) is a Ballet class at Lighthouse Dance.

At Lighthouse Dance

This class is for dancers 17+. Ballet is the foundation of all technical dance forms. Our ballet classes will incorporate the fundamentals of classical ballet education including terms and definitions. As we focus on flexibility, strength, and coordination, our dancers will learn proper feet and arm placement, balance and control, leaps, jumps, directional changes and weight transfers. Each class will incorporate barre, across the floor, and center floor choreography.
