Pre-Ballet/Jazz is a Ballet class at Creative Outlet Dance Academy.

At Creative Outlet Dance Academy

Pre-Ballet emphasizes the proper terminology and posture and placement to set the foundation for the proper ballet technique. Each class includes a warmup, stretching and across the floor exercises that promote continued development of coordination and gross motor skills. The last portion of class introduces basic jazz skills including preparation for turns and increasing flexibility and strength for leaps.
