Pre-Ballet/Acro

Pre-Ballet/Acro is a Ballet class at Creative Outlet Dance Academy.

Pre-Ballet emphasizes the proper terminology and posture and placement to set the foundation for the proper ballet technique. Each class includes a warmup, stretching and across the floor exercises that promote continued development of coordination and gross motor skills. The last portion of class utilizes mats for introductory acrobatic movements including forward rolls and beginner cartwheels.
