Pointe 1 is designed for dancers who are beginning their journey en pointe or are new to working in pointe shoes. This class focuses on building strength, alignment, and technique necessary for safe and successful pointe work. Dancers will learn proper foot articulation, ankle stability, and correct placement through exercises at the barre and in the center. This class is ideal for students who have demonstrated readiness for pointe and are eager to take the next step in their ballet training in a supportive and structured environment. This class is also combined with Pointe 2 for dancers who have had experience en pointe.
