Advanced Acro is designed for dancers who have a strong foundation in acrobatic technique and are ready to build on their strength, flexibility, balance, and control. In this level, students will work on advancing their skills through more complex tricks such as back walkovers, aerial preps, chest stands, and back handsprings. Dancers will also focus on transitions, tumbling sequences, and incorporating acro seamlessly into choreography. This class emphasizes proper technique, safety, and conditioning, all in a supportive and challenging environment. Instructor recommendation required.
