This class is designed for dancers who have a strong foundation in basic acrobatic skills and are ready to build on strength, flexibility, balance, and control. This class focuses on safely progressing skills such as backbends, kick overs, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and more. Dancers will also begin working on transitions and partnering skills to connect Acro elements into fluid sequences. Proper technique and conditioning are emphasized to support continued growth in a fun and supportive environment.
