Beginner/Intermediate lyrical class that focuses on basic technique, fluid movement, and emotion. Students start with a warm up that includes basic stretches and exercises to build strength. After warm up students work on technique exercises that can include turns, jumps, and floor work. Students then work on a different lyrical combination every few weeks that is designed to help them learn how to move in a fluid and graceful way.
