Acro 3/4 (older) is a Ballet class at Dance Amour.

At Dance Amour

Acro combines skills of both dance and gymnastics. Acro students work on floor skills while learning routines and combinations. Students also work on strength and flexibility. In order to sign up for acro dance level 3/4, dancers must be able to do fluid front and back walkovers, and 1 handed cartwheel on each side. If a dancer registers for this class without being able to successfully complete these moves, they will be moved down to the appropriate level. Dancers must also be enrolled in a ballet technique or a jazz technique class in order to sign up for this class. Dress code: leotard and spandex shorts or leggings. Bare feet. Hair pulled back in ponytail or bun. No jewelry.
