Ballet is the foundation for all dance, contributes directly to the development of grace, poise, balance, flexibility, discipline and confidence. This ballet class is designed for the intermediate I (Ballet III) dancer and meets 2 times a week with focus on technique, flexibility, strength, musicality, classical ballet steps and terminology at the advanced level. Each class has barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. Other recommended classes for this level are: Pre-Pointe, Beginner Pointe, Stretch I, Modern/Contempory I, Jazz and Lyrical I & II. Other Suggested Classes are: Musical Theater, Acro and Tap
