Ballet is the foundation for all dance, contributes directly to the development of grace, poise, balance, flexibility, discipline and confidence. This pre-ballet class is designed for the young pre-ballet dancer ages 2-5 yrs., meets once a week, will help cultivate a love of ballet and open young minds to the endless possibilities of dance. Dancers learn basic ballet positions and movements through exercises and role playing that encourage creativity while laying the foundation for solid technique. The nurturing and stimulating environment of the class helps to develop a physical confidence and a joy of movement, while fostering grace and coordination.
