Pre-pointe is for the serious dancer who aspires to be en pointe. In this class dancers will use barre work, core conditioning, along with foot/ankle strengthening exercises to enhance their future towards pointe shoes. Dancers must be 10+ years old, have 2 consecutive years of ballet training, take a weekly ballet class in addition to pre pointe, and be recommended or evaluated by Instructor.
