Ballet is a foundational dance form that provides grace, poise, and technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Graded Technique students build foundations in movement, vocabulary, technique and choreography. Dancers have onstage performance opportunities in the Christmas Showcase in December and the annual Spring Recital in June. This class meets twice per week and dancers must commit to both. For students entering 5th grade and above. Assessment needed prior to enrollment.
