In our Teen/Senior Ballet class, dancers work to strengthen and refine their technique through focused training on movements such as pliés, tendus, dégagés, frappés, rond de jambes, arabesques, pirouettes, chaîne turns, and grand jetés. Each week blends structured barre work with challenging center combinations and choreography that develops precision, control, grace, and expressive artistry. Students build flexibility, balance, and endurance while enhancing their musicality and stage presence. This class also fosters discipline, focus, and confidence, providing valuable skills both on and off the stage. The all-inclusive price includes our quality weekly instruction, costumes for performances, and a downloadable video, giving families a lasting keepsake of their dancer’s achievements.
