Pom combines jazz technique including flexibility, turns, & jumps with a skill set of sharp motions & high energy performance to create dynamic and visual routines. This class is made up of a warm up with cardio, strength & stretch plus jazz technique & tricks, and combinations/choreography. This is an excellent supplemental class for kids on school dance team or those who would like to try out for a dance team in the future.
