Our younger dancers will get a taste of tap and ballet throughout a 45-minute weekly class. Dancers will learn the fundamentals of tap and the beauty of ballet in creative ways explicitly designed for their development and experience. Specific tap skills our students achieve include shuffles, heel digs, and toe taps. They will also learn important ballet basics like plié, saute, arabesque, and chassé. This combination course helps dancers learn the poise and grace of ballet and the importance of timing and musicality through tap.
