An intermediate-level class focused on strength, flexibility, control, and higher-level acrobatic and tumbling technique. Students will work on skill progressions including limbers, walkovers, aerials, handsprings, tumbling passes, and advanced acro combinations. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, conditioning, flexibility, and safe skill development while building power, control, and performance quality.
