Ages 11+ or Instructor Invitation Required Intermediate/Advanced Tumble is designed for experienced tumblers and dancers who are ready to continue progressing their acro and tumbling skills in a focused, fast-paced environment. This class is intended for students who have mastered foundational skills and are prepared to work on more advanced strength, flexibility, technique, and skill combinations. Students will work toward skills such as walkovers, aerial progressions, handsprings, connected tumbling passes, advanced acro elements, and individualized skill development based on their current ability level. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body awareness, conditioning, and safe skill progression. Due to the nature of the curriculum, placement is limited to dancers ages 11 and older or students who have received instructor approval. This class is ideal for competitive dancers, experienced tumblers, and dedicated students looking to take their training to the next level.
