Tap Foundations I Ages 6–9 | Wednesdays | 5:15–5:45 PM Tap Foundations I is a beginner-friendly class designed for dancers ages 6–9 who are ready to explore the exciting world of tap dance! Dancers will learn basic tap technique, rhythm, timing, coordination, and musicality while developing confidence and having fun. Through age-appropriate exercises, drills, and combinations, students will be introduced to foundational tap steps and terminology while learning how to create rhythm and sound with their feet. This class encourages focus, listening skills, and self-expression in a positive and supportive environment. Whether your dancer is brand new to tap or looking to strengthen their foundational skills, Tap Foundations I is the perfect place to start building a lifelong love of rhythm and dance.
