Ballet 5 A/B (Tu) (ages 13 yrs - 15 yrs) is a Ballet class at The Dance Lab in Rochester.

At The Dance Lab · $80

Pre-Pointe - beginner pointe class. Complex barre exercises, designed to strengthen the dancer in order to engage them further into the artistry and athleticism required for performance and competitive dancing. This class is required to meet twice a week. Pointe shoes will be required when the instructor decides the student is ready. Must also enroll in Ballet 5A/B on Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm. Prerequisites: Ballet 5A in 2025-2026 Season, or Teacher Approval.
