Ballet 4 A/B (Th) (ages 10 yrs - 13 yrs) is a Ballet class at The Dance Lab in Rochester.

Pre-Pointe class, in-depth barre exercises, designed to strengthen the dancer and in order to engage them further into the artistry and athleticism required for performance and competitive dancing. This class is required to meet twice a week. Must also enroll in Ballet 4 A/B (Tu) 6:30-7:45pm. Prerequisites: Ballet 3B or 4A in 2025-2026 Season or at least 5 years of previous Ballet experience.
