contemporary one is a Ballet class at Chesterfield Dance Center.

At Chesterfield Dance Center · Ages 8-13

ages 8-13 prerequisite: at least 1 year of Ballet training (enrollment in ballet is required with this class) Contemporary is a form of dance that fuses modern, jazz, and ballet techniques and conveys the emotion of a song through the body's movements. In this class, students will focus on continuation of movement, connectivity to movement, emotional connection to movements and flexibility. This is a highly technical class and is not recommended to students who are in less than two classes per week. Ballet is required with this class. DRESS CODE any color, form-fitted dance wear, bare feet, hair pulled back and off of face. No Apple watches or jewelry.
