ADV leaps & turns is a dance class at Chesterfield Dance Center.

Permission of instructor or director only. Leaps & Turns is designed for advanced dancers ready to refine technique, power, and control in traveling movements and rotations. This class focuses on strengthening alignment, improving flexibility, and developing the precision needed for complex leaps, jumps, and multi-turn combinations. Dancers will work on proper takeoff and landing mechanics, spotting, balance, and core engagement to achieve consistency and confidence across the floor. Challenging progressions, across-the-floor combinations, and conditioning exercises will push dancers to elevate their performance quality while maintaining clean technique and artistry. Ideal for intermediate to advanced students looking to enhance both technical skill and dynamic movement quality. DRESS CODE: any form-fitted dance wear - preferably a crop top with leggings or shorts - bare feet and hair pulled off face. No Apple watches or jewelry.
