This 60-minute Acro Level 1 class for ages 7+ introduces dancers to acrobatics, where dance meets gymnastics. Students build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while working on foundational skills like forward rolls, bridges, handstands, and cartwheels in a safe and supportive environment focused on technique and body awareness. This class is appropriate for students new to acro. This class builds confidence and creates a strong foundation for future acro training. Students also perform in our annual Student Showcase, celebrating their growth in a welcoming community where they feel supported and inspired.
