Level 2 Jazz

Level 2 Jazz is a Ballet class at Studio 22 Dance Center.

Jazz classes are based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movements and include a proper warm-up and stretch, isolations, across the floor progressions, and choreography. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as Broadway, Street, and Contemporary to develop a well-rounded dancer. Classes will explore jazz roots, exposing students to the history of jazz and how it developed. Jazz classes will perform one dance in the annual recital.
