At LHQ Danceforce

A Ballet and Lyrical class teaches dancers foundational ballet techniques while also emphasizing the emotional storytelling and fluid, graceful movements of lyrical dance. The class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and correct body alignment from ballet, incorporating it with the expressive, jazz-influenced fluidity of lyrical dance. Dancers learn to convey deep personal emotions and tell stories through movement, connecting with the song's lyrics and emotional quality.
