FlexFit 1 & 2 is a dance class at The Base Dance Center in Las Vegas.

At The Base Dance Center · Ages 6-11 · $50

Exclusive to The Base, FlexFit combines flexibility, stamina and strength training specific for dancers. This class is great for an advanced dancer looking for further improvement in their technique as well as a beginner dancer looking to get started. The FlexFit one time rental fee of $50 for the season includes all the equipment you will use for this class. Equipment includes Franklin Ball, Ankle Weights, Sliders, Loop Band, Theraband, Circle Band, Yoga Mat, Yoga Ball, Yoga Block and Folding Chair. This fee also includes cleaning, storage and maintenance of all equipment. The FlexFit fee is non-refundable. Ages: 6-11
