For dancers with a solid technical foundation, this class focuses on refining control, increasing flexibility, and building power through targeted strength training and advanced technique drills. Dancers will be challenged with complex progressions and movement combinations to push their abilities and elevate their performance quality. Entry into this class must be approved by the dance instructor.
