At En Face Studios

Intermediate – Levels 4–6 Push boundaries, build power, and polish technique in our Intermediate Program (Levels 4–6) — designed for students who have mastered beginner foundations and are ready for more advanced skills in flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. 🔥 Level 4 introduces dynamic acro combinations like handstand to chest roll, kickovers, and continuous cartwheels, while enhancing shoulder and hip flexibility. Students develop endurance with longer holds and start refining control through headstands, one-hand cartwheels, and bridges with strength-based transitions. 💪 Level 5 challenges students with forearm stands, front limbers, and advanced cartwheel variations like pop and rebound techniques. Flexibility continues to deepen with 2-inch goals on pre-splits and forward bends, while handstand work progresses with shoulder shrugs and refined line control. ⚡ Level 6 is where students combine strength and artistry. Skills include flying cartwheels, walkovers, hurdle round-offs, and bridge-to-chest rolls. Balancing becomes more complex with extended holds in chest stands, forearm stands, and leg holds, while flexibility and conditioning reach performance-level standards.Intermediate – Levels 4–6 Push boundaries, build power, and polish technique in our Intermediate Program (Levels 4–6) — designed for students who have mastered beginner foundations and are ready for more advanced skills in flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. 🔥 Level 4 introduces dynamic acro combinations like handstand to chest roll, kickovers, and continuous cartwheels, while enhancing shoulder and hip flexibility.
