This joyful and energetic class introduces young children to the basics of ballet and jazz in a fun and engaging way. Designed for ages 5-7, this class helps students develop coordination, rhythm, and flexibility through a mix of ballet and jazzy dance movements. Starting with simple ballet steps, children will learn proper posture, balance, and basic movements like pliés, tendus, and jumps. As the class progresses, they’ll begin to add more complex rhythms and coordination, allowing them to develop a strong foundation in dance technique while having fun. To keep things exciting, we’ll incorporate Disney-inspired music and theatrical, jazzy dance combinations that encourage creativity and self-expression. The class is all about creating an imaginative and playful environment where kids can build confidence, improve motor skills, and explore dance with lots of enthusiasm!
