Beginning aerial Arts ages 8 and up Beginning Aerial Arts (Ages 8 & Up) Perfect for students new to aerial arts, this class introduces the fundamentals of aerial hoop, aerial silks, and other apparatus in a safe, supportive environment. Students will develop upper body and core strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, and confidence while learning proper climbing techniques, basic poses, mounts, and beginner transitions. Previous Experience: None required Recommended Age: 8 & Up
