BALLET A 45-minute class that meets once a week for students and 6 and up. This class helps develop grace, poise, rhythm, flexibility, and expression. As general prerequisite, dancers should be able to stay focused for 45 minutes and understand personal space in relationship to others. Levels: Ballet I - (ages 6 and up) with or without prior experience. Dancers must be able to stand on one foot for several seconds, mastery of basic motor skills (marching, skipping, galloping), able to find the beat of the music.
