Ages 18+ Discover the beauty, strength, and grace of ballet in a welcoming and supportive environment! Our Adult Ballet class introduces and develops ballet fundamentals, including proper alignment, posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, barre work, and center exercises. Whether you are stepping into a ballet class for the first time or returning after time away, you can learn and progress at your own pace. No previous dance experience is required. Try Before You Buy—Your First Class Is FREE! Attire: Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and helps the instructor see proper alignment. Suggested options include a leotard, fitted T-shirt, leggings, biker shorts, unitard, or yoga pants. Please wear appropriate supportive undergarments, such as a sports bra. Ballet slippers are recommended. Socks are acceptable for your first class.
