Lyrical / Contemporary / Liturgical Mash-Up This class blends lyrical, contemporary, and liturgical dance styles into one expressive training experience rooted in storytelling, technique, and purpose. Dancers are guided to move with intention, emotional clarity, and controlled freedom while developing strength, flexibility, and musicality. Class focuses on fluid transitions, grounded movement, extensions, floor work, breath control, and dynamic phrasing, while encouraging dancers to connect movement with emotion and meaning. Improvisation, phrase work, and choreographic exploration are used to help dancers develop authenticity, artistry, and confidence. Liturgical elements invite dancers to explore movement as a form of expression and worship, emphasizing reverence, discipline, and heartfelt performance. Dancers are encouraged to honor both the technical and spiritual aspects of movement while maintaining professionalism and respect in the space. This class is ideal for dancers seeking emotional depth, versatility, and expressive performance quality, and supports growth for stage, ministry, and concert-style performances.
